Dear December,

Life has been all sorts of crazy. It's a miracle I'm even alive at this point. But it's December again and I'm writing to you again. I can't believe it's been a year, so much has happened, so much has changed. I've grown and become a different me than I was last year. 

I'm so glad it's December. I love the chill in the air and the sweaters that come with the gloomier days (although it's always sunny in SoCal). I've been waiting to start my letters to you for a while and I'm so glad to start again. December, you are my favorite month. It's busy yes, with finals and apps to worry about, but there's a certain lightheartedness, a happiness that only really comes out when it's a little colder and Christmas lights up. 

There are so many people that don't like winter. They think it's too harsh, too deadly even. I love it though. I love the dark, long nights. I even can see the beauty in the bear tree's. I think Winter is a time of peace, of reflection, of dreaming. Even as the year draws to a close I can feel myself excited to make the most of the end of 2015.

I've been thinking a lot about the future, or rather fearing it.With one batch of college apps in and another in the works I can't help but wonder how different my life will look like a year from now. I haven't been able to appreciate the time I have because I'm to busy worried about all the "what ifs". To be honest I'm a little scared. Mostly i'm excited about going to college and growing more as a person and student, I can't help but be apprehensive and nervous.I spend so much time thinking about the tomorrows that I feel like I've lost a few of my todays. I want to appreciate them more, especially since it's December, the final chapter of this year.

I guess this letter is more of a mess than I anticipated. But December, I want you to know that i'm excited about what this month will bring. I might be nervous and stuff but I think I can put that aside long enough to enjoy the things I love about this month. Like the hot tea and blankets; the sweaters and scarves; the jolly warmth of coming home after a cold day out; the laughter that comes with playing in rain.

Back To School: Movies and Books

So it's that time of year. Some of us still have summer left. Some of us are going back to school this month. I'm part of the latter group unfortunately. I still have vocab to do and books to read and it's crazy to think that this is my last week of summer. But I thought that this week would be a great time to do a back to school list. I will be posting every day this week. I'll do some survival tips, a playlist, OOTD inspiration, and other stuff. I think this is going to be really fun!! So to kick off the series here are some books and movies that deal with school stuff.

Books: I actually have to read some books for school so I don't have too much time left to read but I will definitely try to squeeze some of these in

1. The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky. High school sucks and I think this book captures the hardships you face in school. It's hard to make friends, it's hard to be a teen preparing for tomorrow, it's hard to be in love. It's an amazing story that just needs to be read. 
2. Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell. Because it's a story about an awkward, nerdy girl, trying to survive college. You will most likely identify with her at some point of the book. 
3. The Catcher in the Rye by J.D Salinger. I don't really have a reason for this, it's just an awesome book!
4. Harry Potter by J.K Rowling. Let's just pretend for a moment we're all going to Hogwarts and that we all have magical powers.
5. A Little Something Different by Sandy Hall. Because who doesn't need a cute love story?

Movies:I'm probably going to watch these and rewatch some marvel films. 

1. Mean Girls. Because come on, it's Mean Girls. 
2. LOL. Yes I actually really like the Miley Cyrus movie. I'm not sure why, but I love this movie and I watched it last year before I started school. 
3. Clueless. It's hilarious! I love everything about this movie!! I actually watched this because a friend told me too, and I loved it!
4. Grease. It's a classic! Who doesn't want to sing along to  "Your The One That I Want"
5. Harry Potter Movies. Its your last chance to have a Harry Potter Marathon! I suggest you start now!!

Top Ten Fictional Heroines

I'm super excited about this week's Top Ten Tuesday. Right now we need role models of strong women in our society that seems pretty set on being sexist. As a feminist I think it's important to have women be in strong roles that are available to everyone. I think it's awesome to read a book with a bad-ass female character. or see a show where women are portrayed as strong and capable. So here's my list of bad-ass, amazing, strong heroines!

1. Hermione Granger from the Harry Potter series. I love Hermione, she's amazing, strong, and capable. I love to be her best friend. The reason I picked her as my number one is because she's smart and she's the reason the Harry Potter and Ron survive any of the numerous problems they encounter. Hermione is strong. When Ron left, she stuck with Harry, She might not be the type of girl to get into fights or make a scene,instead she's strong and awesome in a quieter way, but none the less pretty bad-ass. I mean one of my favorite scenes is when she punches Draco Malfoy.

2. Clarke Griffin from The 100. I read the book and loved her. I watch the show and she's even MORE amazing. If you aren't watching this show, you are doing a disservice to yourself. Anyways... Clarke is honestly amazing. She's only two years older than me and is thrust into a new world into a war she never wanted. She has to navigate and often time sacrifice bits and pieces of her to win the war. I honestly respect her so much. She's also kind, and sweet, and always willing to do right by the people she loves. 

3. Regina from Once Upon a Time. She's one of my favorite characters and she's also one of the most bad-ass on the show. She kind of is this force of nature. Sometimes she could be evil and sometimes she was just beautiful and strong. No matter what life has thrown her way she has grown and become a better person while becoming a bastion of strength for a lot for a lot of the characters on the show. 

4. Kasta from Graceling. All her life she has been misjudged and ostracized and treated terribly. Yet she over comes everything to see the good in herself and even other people. She's also a great fighter, a master with any weapon, and overall bad-ass. 

5. Tris Prior from Divergent. Because I mean come on she's just fucking amazing. Like she's bad-ass, awesome and just like Clarke she's willing to do what it takes to win the war and protect her loved ones. She's overcome so much it's hard to not see her as this pillar of awesomeness and strength.

6. Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She's just awesome. I wish I could be as bad ass as her!

7. Mary from Reign. I mean being a queen is hard work. I love her so much. I love how she's putting others first and how now she's done being a ploy and a chess piece. In a time that is much harsher to women than men, I love how Mary always is independent, regal, and strong

.

8. Hazel Grace Lancaster from The Fault in Our Stars. Strength is more than just a physical thing, it's also a mental and emotional thing. Hazel might not be physically strong and be able to take down anyone, be she is filled with strength and capability beyond what normal people have. She faces death and she's okay with that. There's something to be said about her strength in the face of everything she's gone through.

9. Tally Youngblood from The Uglies Series.This girl has bounced back from everything. She's not an awesome person, she's a revolutionary. I love her because she's flawed yet always willing to fix the messes she makes for herself. She's exceptionally smart and strong in both the mental way and the physical way. 

10. Lilo from Lilo and Stitch. This is probably my favorite Disney movie. I will admit it has made me cry, it still makes me cry, I mean how can you not be upset when Stitch takes the story book stands in the middle of the woods saying "I'm lost" so that his family will find him? Anyways... I love Lilo she's weird and quirky but oh so amazing. She's different and doesn't have very many friends but she doesn't let that stop her from doing things that make her happy. I honestly love her so much.

Top Ten Tuesday

This weeks theme is top ten books that I would read with my book club if I had a book club. Now, I've been in book clubs before and when I was younger it was fun and awesome. As a sophomore I tried to get back into it but I didn't a)know anyone b)they weren't too open to new people. So that didn't end well. Technically though, because a lot of my friends are book nerds and love YA fiction we all tend to read the same books and vent to each other so it's kind of like having a book club. So With my non-official book club i'de love to read...

1. Harry Potter books by J.K Rowling.You can never ever fangirl enough over Harry Potter. These books are amazing and I'm sure anyone one would be down to read them again. 
2. The Selection. I have a confession. I've never actually read these or pecked them up. I've heard people rave and recommend this book to me like crazy, yet I still haven't picked up the series. I definitely want to and I'm sure it would make me read them faster if I knew I had people I could talk to and vent to. 
3. The Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare. Because this series made me cry. Because these characters are some of my favorite. Because of all the damn feels I get from this book. Ted just about sums it up. I need to share this experience with people. I've done it once on my own, why not have people who understand my fangirl emotions? 
4. Made You Up by Francesca Zappia. I don't think this has come out yet, but I feel like this book would be great for a book club. It's about schizophrenia and a girl who deals with it and continues to have a normal life. I feel like by sharing this book with other people and talking about it, you are also able to talk about mental health and the stigma around it. (Jacksgap made a video I really liked about this). This is an important issue to discuss and I think that this book will allow for people to gauge a whole new, and hopefully more accepting understanding of mental health. 
5. The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin. Or more accurately the Trilogy.These books are so creepy, so good, so cute, so amazing that it warrants a lot of hypothesizing and fangirling. 
6. Court of Thrones and Roses. This is by Sarah J. Mass. I read Throne of Glass with my last book club, it seems fair to read this one with it as well. I love Sarah J. Mass and I feel like this book wouldn't let us down.
7. Cinder Series by Marissa Meyer. I've only read the first one. (review here) but I already know that i'm going to need people around me who will understand what I am going through and freak out with me. 
8. Vanishing Girls Lauren Oliver. I think this would just be fun to read and see how other people react to it. 
9. Fangirl by Rainbow Rowel. Seeing as my main reasoning for joining a book club now is mainly for fangirling and having people to fangirl with it only makes sense that we read Fangirl.
10. City of Savages by Lee Kelly. Because this looks cool.

Motivational Monday

So it's Monday. It's usually not a day people love. But I hope It's going well for you guys. So Sprinkle of Glitter does this motivation Monday meme every week and I thought I would give it a shot and put my own twist on it.

The Harry Potter books are amazing, if you didn't already know. They have everything including some life quotes. Luna Lovegood is a strange girl who's sweet and kind and loyal. When Harry is at one of his lowest points, it's Luna who shares this little gold nugget. 

Throughout life people will walk in and out of our lives. We will lose things that meant a great deal to us, We can loose our passion for things we once loved. But just because we may have lost something that was important to us doesn't mean that good things won't happen to us.

Wow! Another award! This is really cool. I know that I was nominated a while ago, but It seems like I finally have the time to do this post. First I want to give a bunch of thanks to the awesome, talented and lovely Cecil for nominating me for this. You should definitely check her out, her blog is pretty cool, if I do say so myself (if I do say so myself, if I do say so myself. I'm sorry I couldn't help it)

Now that that's done, here are some random, and not the least bit interesting facts about me.

1. Whenever I really like a song I will play it nonstop until I don't like it anymore or just tire of hearing it over and over again. For some reason I tend to brainwash myself into hating a song that I love because I literally will play it 24/7. If I really like a song then I won't get tired of it or hate it, but that's really rare. 
2. My favorite animal was a Cheetah until I got made fun of the fact that my name is Giselle which sounds like Gazelle which cheetahs eat... Yeah, elementary school was a sad time.
3. My favorite poet is Pablo Neruda. Some time ago I finally received my very own copy of his love poems after "borrowing" my sister's copy. His writing is just beautiful. My favorite line I think is "“Te amo sin saber cómo, ni cuándo, ni de dónde, Te amo directamente sin problemas ni orgullo. Así te amo porque no sé amar de otra manera," which roughly translates to, "I love you without knowing how, nor when, nor where. I love you directly without problems or pride. This is how I love You because I don't know any other way to love" 
4. I have a panic disorder. This fact is a little bit of a downer but maybe someone reading this will be able to relate and thus feel less alone. That's the thing about these things, no matter how many other people may suffer from it, you always feel alone and isolated. My panic attacks aren't' crazy bad, and thankfully my sister is a psychologist and has helped a little bit. But the thing is they suck and I hate it, but I deal with it. I deal with it and survive the episodes. There are exercises, breathing relaxation, progressive muscle relaxation the helps prevent it.
5. When I'm done with university my plan is to travel for one year (coming home for Thanksgiving and Christmas). I don't have a set plan, but I really want to go to London, Amsterdam, Dublin, Berlin, Peru, Chile, Australia, New York, Alaska, China, India, etc I guess we'll have to wait and see for this one. 
6. I LOVE Ferris Wheels. If I see one I'm probably going to go on it. I really want to go on the one In London (is it?) I love being able to look down and see this giant panorama of where ever I am. I love it. The sight's are so beautiful.
7. I cry a lot during movies and books. I just finished watching Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part two and I was blubbering like a baby every single time someone died. I mean like sobbing into my pillow type of moments...Yeah it's bad sometimes. I just am so connected to the characters and the story,
8. My favorite band of all time is Coldplay. I love them so much. I have all of their songs, know the words to about 90% of their songs. I love their music. 
9. My top five book crushes are Will Herondale from the Infernal Devices, Noah Shaw from the Mara Dyer Trilogy, and Adam from If I stay, Charlie from Perks of Being a Wallflower, and Neville from Harry Potter ( I mean did you see him in the last movie??? Plus he's so adorable and sweet)
10. I'm a pack rat. I have papers and books from kindergarten that I have in a drawer. I have so many things put away that I will never use and probably have forgotten about yet I refuse to throw things away.
11. I have been dared to get a pixie cut by the end of my senior year of high school. We shall see how this ends. Personally I can't picture myself with a pixie cut but my friends seem quite determined to get me to do it. And maybe I will, who knows.

1. What phone do you have?

For a long time I had a basic phone. Just for text. But this past Monday I got a Samsung galaxy s4 mini which means I can now use the Internet and blog from my phone. Which is what I'm doing right now actually.

2. Black or white? 

Black. Black just goes with every thing and looks bad ass. 

3. Go-to winter outfit.

A sweater cuz us cold with a skirt because I live in southern California and knee high socks because I'm obsessed

4. Favourite clothing shop.

Forever 21.  I love the clothes and styles they have. It so fun to go and  create outfits with different style clothes

tumblr!!!!!! I love tumblr. Tumblr is life.

Blogtober:12 Facts About Me

1. My dream is to be writer. To see my book on bookshelves, in libraries, in people's hands. 
2. I love Les Miserables. I love the movie, the play/musical. It's amazing and I need to read the book. 
3. I have an obsession with Harry Potter. No joke, it's an obsession. 
   
4. I was in band in middle school, I played the clarinet. Every now and again my friends would call me Squidward because of this. 
5. I'm ahead a year in math. I'm not entirely sure why though. I tend to have a harder time in math, yet here I am taking AP Calc.
6. I can play the piano a little bit. 
7. I once hurt my knee so bad I didn't have to do P.E for a year and a half. I would get these random knee pains, and because I hated going to the doctor I never complained. My mom, however, noticed my limping and took me to the doctor. I couldn't get me leg straight because it hurt so much. I think I even fell down stairs once because I couldn't walk right.  After physical therapy it got better, but then it came back and after another round of physical therapy I got better.  
8. My favorite band is Coldplay because well, they're Coldplay and they're awesome! 
9. I was born in Mexico then I moved here when I was a baby. 
10. I'm currently neglecting my homework. It seems whenever in a battle between blogging and HW, blogging always win.
    
    
     
11. I once got in trouble for asking a question when we we'rent supposed to talk. The substitute teacher wrote my name down and at the end of the day made those who she wrote down, run 2 laps. Because everyone felt it a mistake that she wrote my name down, the ENTIRE class ran with me. 
12. I can dance on my toes! Well I used to. I got pointe shoes when I was in ballet. It's one of the most amazing feelings but after a while quite painful!

Blogtober: Favorite Books

Well, I'm a book blogger. I like books. You could even say i'm borderline obsessed. I can't really pick just one book, it's like asking a mother what child is her favorite. You just can't do that.As of right now I', really loving Contemporary novels and I absolutely love every single one of the books I mentioned on my Top Ten Contemporary Novels. Here are some of my favorite books, in no particular order.

Ever by Gail Carson. This was the book that started it all. My love affair with reading begun with this book. I was about 11 and it took me two days to read it. I was in love with every aspect of the book.

Revolution by Jennifer Donnelly. If you've been on my blog before, you know that I love this book to death. I raved about this book so many times. It's amazing! This book got to me and made me see things differently.

Harry Potter Books by J.K Rowling. Because I'm a Harry Potter addict.

Inkheart by Cornelia Funke. I read this series when I was in fifth grade and I loved every moment of it. The characters are awesome, the storyline is superb, pretty much everything about these books was on point!

The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. Do I really need to explain? Didn't think so.

If I Stay by Gayle Forman. When I think of this book, I think about the aching hurt I felt when I read it. But I also think of hope and love and family. It's a great mix of hope and sadness.

Uglies by Scott Westerfeld. I read this when I was in fifth grade after finishing the Inkheart Trilogy. I love this series. Its awesome. I've never read a book like this. It's post apocalyptic, but Scott Westerfeld does it so differently!


Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell. Because It's one of the best books i've read in a really long time.

Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare. The Infernal devices is amazing. Every aspect is perfection. But this book in particular stole my heart, destroyed it,  and put it back together. THAT EPILOGUE THOUGH!

Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher. This book is haunting. It makes you think about the things you do, say, even think about other people. It's sad, but it's through that sadness that you can understand the effect you can have on someone.

Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky. I love this book. My blog is even named after it. It's prose is simple. But nothing about that book is simple. It's so raw, and real, and gritty, that you can't help but love each one of the characters. And as a reader, forming friendships like that with characters, is  all I can ask for.

Wicked Lovely by Melissa Marr. She's one of my favorite authors ever. She's got a great sad, haunting, creepy, but funny way of telling a story. It's pretty awesome. I actually read Ink Exchange first, but as soon as I read WL I was hooked.

The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin. NOAH SHAW. Okay he's not the only reason the books on the list. The series is awesome, but the first book is like WOAH WTF? It's creepy, scary, funny, romantic, cute, in other words the fangirl emotions run high while reading this book!

Blogtober: My Biggest Fear

I couldn't help the Harry Potter quote. I had a Harry Potter Marathon yesterday, and well I'm still high on the feels. Anyway, everyone is scared of something. For some people it's something tangible, like a cliff, or spiders. For other's it's something we can't hold but we can sense it, like not achieving a goal, not being enough. For most of us our fears our a mix of the two. Here are mine.

1. I'm terrified of roller coasters. I don't like them. I don't like feeling like i'm going to die. I happen to like my feet flat on the floor. 
2. I'm really scared that I'll reach for the stars and just fall straight on my ass. In other words, I'm scared I won't be able to make my dream come true. After all how many people actually get to be authors? 
3. Like many other people on this planet, spiders unnerve me. I'm much like Ron Weasley in this regard. Maybe it's the eyes, or the legs, or the fact that they paralyze their prey. Whatever it is, I don't like them, they're creepy and thats the whole of it.
4. I'm scared of the future or more accurately growing up. It's one thing being a teen in their parents house. It's another to walk out of you home and face the world for what it is. Not what you hope it is. Not even what you think it is. What it actually is. And that is scary. 

Fears are fears. And you have to have them. You have to feel them. You just gotta buck up, scream a little if need be, and try to accept it and move on. If you're really brave you can face them. Like Harry. He was brave, faced his demons, did what he had to do, and despite it all, he ended up happy. And in the end that's all anyone wants, what anyone can ask for.

Blogtober: Favorite Quotes and Why

I couldn't pick just one quote so here are four, well really five of my favorite quotes. I did another post recently where I did best advice i've ever received if you're feeling extra quote-y today :)

"The sun still rises even with the pain"- The Head and The Heart

I love this quote! I even have this on my wall. I love the song too! It's so beautiful and calm and just yeah... It's called Another Story, in case you were curious. I like it because of the realness and simplicity of it. You might not be happy but a new day will dawn. So you'll go through that day and end stronger maybe even happier. The sun will shine and you might not feel like dealing with the day doesn't mean you shouldn't seize it. Because let's face it if you're going to feel like shit, all you can do is feel it, accept it, just don't let it ruin you day, or week, or month.

"We need never be hopeless because we can never be irreparably hopeless, we just have to believe we're worth fixing" -John Green (with my twist at the end)

I'm an optimistic person most of the time. I like to look at the bright side whenever possible and this quote really speaks to me because it's a reminder that you should never lose hope because you can naver ever be so broken that you can't fix yourself. I do think, however, you have to believe you're worth fixing in order for this quote to be true. And who ever you are, I promise that you are 110% worth fixing, and that whatever it is you're going through you'll come out the other end because you can fix yourself and be better for it later.

I actually want this tattooed. I haven't decided where, either my wrist, side, or back. I love this quote because it's so true. If you have faith in your dreams, in yourself, in life, in those you love, in you happiness, anything is possible, you might as well be able to fly. Isn't that what we all want. To just fly straight to our dreams? Happiness? It's important to remember that having faith can be everything. I guess in the words of Mary Margret, "Even believing in the possibility of a happy ending is a powerful thing"

Oh how I love Dumbledore. As much as I love all these quotes I love this one just a tad bit more. It's profound and simple at the same time, you know? What I get from this is that you control your happiness. If you want to feel sad and want to stay in the dark leave the lights off but when your ready to be happy just look for the light switch. You're going to have bad times but you'll be okay, you can find the little things that make you happy. It's possible to be happy even when you're sad. Like if you have a bad day (week, month) and something happens and you smile. It could be small like a cup of tea, or a Harry Potter Movie, or a good book, a rainy day, a lucky penny.

Blogtober: Top Ten Tuesday

1. Hogwarts. No one who has ever read Harry Potter can not say they have not been dying to go to Hogwarts. I mean come on, its Hogwarts
2. Narnia. The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe. How awesome would it be to go here. To just be surrounded by mythical creatures, wear princess dresses, make friends with some fauns.
3. Inkworld. Inkheart trilogy. I loved this trilogy as a kid. It's still one of my favorite book series ever. 
4. Hogsmead from Harry Potter. Because I would LOVE to have some butter beer!
5. Blackfriars Bridge. After reading The Infernal Devices I really wanted to go to London and stand on the Blackfriars Bridge. 
6. Amsterdam. I never really thought twice about Amsterdam until TFIOS.I meam I wanted to go to the Anne Frank house and go there because of the history but I never really thought of it as a place I would desperately want to visit. In the movie it looked beautiful and in the books it's description really drew me in.
   
7. Genovia from the Princess Diaries. For the longest time I actually thought this was a real place. I was absolutely heartbroken when I found out it wasn't real place at all.
8. Idris from The City of Glass. How cool would it be to be a shadowhunter! To be a shadowhunter in Idris! *sigh* 
9. Rivendell from The Lordof the Rings. It seems like such a safe, calm place to be. 
10. Neverland from Peter Pan. It's got mermaids, fairies, and pirates oh my! And you get to just play and have fun and not worry about things, and best of all you get to stay a kid.

Blogtober: One Lovely Blog Award

Hi Guys!! It's Saturday. Possibly one of my favorite days of the week. I most likely spent Friday night on Netflix and didn't go to bed until the wee hours of the morning. So I woke up late. It feels so nice to wake up late, make myself breakfast while dancing in the kitchen. It's one of my favorite things. I also love blogging on Saturday mornings.

So incase you haven't read the title or noticed the giant picture, i've been nominated for the One Lovely Blog Award by the always awesome, Cecil.  So sorry it took me forever to actually make this post, but better late than never right? 1. My favorite poet of all time is Pablo Neruda coming in a not so close second is John Keats. Gotta love those romantic poets
2. I'm a part of so many fandoms it's a wonder i'm even functioning half the time. I'm part of Sherlock, Doctor Who, Harry Potter, TVD, The 100, Falling Skies, Blacklist, Anything Cassandra Clare has written, Cinder, etc Fandom.
3. I'm a terrible singer and I don't care.
4. I love going to coffee shops and writing.
5. My favorite weather is cold and preferably raining. I'll take any excuse to wear giant sweaters, or jumpers as the Brits call them,
6. I went to Costa Rica for my 15th birthday instead of having quinceñera. I met some mokey's, saw some alligators and went white water rafting.
7. I love listening to disney music when i'm studying or doing hw.

Blogtober14: 7 Deadly Sins of Reading

So it's been awhile but i'm finally doing this tag thanks to the lovely and talented Noelia. So for the fourth day in #Blogtober14 I'm going to do the 7 deadly Sins of reading. 

Greed – What is your most inexpensive book? What is your most expensive?

 I spent over $20 on Clockwork Princess, i'm not exactly sure how much it was but I remember thinking that it was expensive. I bought it as soon as it came out. I love this series so much. Everything about it is just brilliant! Turned I bought as an e-book, it cost me 99 cents. This was when I really into fantasy and more specifically the supernatural aspect of fantasy. I don't think I ever finished it.

Wrath – What author do you have a love/hate relationship with?

Ahh, P.C Cast and Kristin Cast. When I first discovered the House of Night books, I thought they were amazing! They had humor, romance, and suspense. I loved them so much and I still do. As much as I love these authors I hate the decisions they make in books. I even gave up on the series. I don't even know what number we're on anymore. But honestly I feel like half the time the decide something, they change their mind halfway through the book. So we're stuck with this random twist that actually didn't even need to happen.

Gluttony – What book have you devoured over and over with no shame?

If you know me at all, you know i'm in LOVE with this book. I practically fangirled over it in one of my Top Ten Tuesday posts! I've read it 6 times and I'm going for 7 this year. I honestly don't care how many times I've read and will read this book, it will and never has failed me. It's just impeccable. Like I can't even with my feels!

 Sloth – What book have you neglected reading due to laziness?

You ever have a series that you LOVE? Then after you've read it, you think about how not so good it was? Well this happened to me with the Immortals series. I still love it a lot! Don't get me wrong i'm a fan. But even I can't admit there are a lot of flaws and stuff going on that are a) really? b) Really, still? But I don't care, I love it! Anyways, back before I saw the problems with this series, this book came out. It's the last book in The Immortals. I bought it and I was so excited, but I got busy and lazy and I've abandoned it. And now that I see all the problems, I'm even less likely to finish it.

Pride – What book do you talk about most in order to sound like an intellectual reader?

Personally, I don't read anything to impress other people. I read for me, as I'm sure many of you guys do. And for some reason classics seem to be what people use to sound/seem smarter. I haven't read many classics sooo I guess to some people the books I read aren't "intellectual" when in reality they really are. I really hate some of the stereotypes about YA Lit. It's so frustrating

Lust – What attributes do you find attractive in male or female characters?

Will Herondale. Jace Herondale, Jem Carstairs. Enough Said.

Top Ten Characters I want at my Lunch table

This is actually perfect! I love this weeks theme! I just went back to school two weeks ago and i've been looking forward to this post for a while! So tell me, who would be at your lunch table?

1. 1. Jem Carstairs from The Infernal Devices because he's a sweetheart and an overall amazing person. Definitely would be my best friend!
2. Hermione from the Harry Potter Series because we're both really nerdy and try hard in school. We have similar goals and I feel like we'de get along really 
3. Agustus Waters from TFIOS because I love him and well he's Augustus Waters
4. Schuyler Van Alen from the Blue Bloods Series because she's a bit weird and quirky kind of like me.
5. Charlie from The Perks of Being a Wallflower. He's such a great guy, whose sweet and I really want to give him a hug.
6. Cath from Fangirl because we're both fan girls and are complete and total nerds and are okay with that. 
7. Noah Shaw from the Mara Dyer Series because a)he's super cute b) his accent c) has a really big heart and is really a nice person, if your on his good side. Good looks aside he's a pretty awesome person
8. Cole St Clair from the Shiver Series because I love his humor and I feel like he would make a really great friend. 
9. Tally Youngblood from the Uglies Series because I really liked her in the books and I feel like we could get along really well
10. Adam from If I Stay because he's an amazing talented person. He's one of my favorite characters ever. Plus he can play guitar at lunch!
